FAQ

How long does it take to apply paint protection film?

It usually takes around two hours to apply PPF to a small car, and four hours to apply it to a large car. However, this may vary depending on the size of the car and how experienced the installer is. Additionally, some installers may charge extra for complicated installations, such as those that involve curves or intricate patterns.

Are there any special care instructions for paint protection film?

What happens if the film gets scratched?

If the paint isn’t protected by the ppf, it can get scratched. This can happen if the ppf isn’t installed correctly. If it’s too close to the edge of the paint, it can chip or scratch when the car is driven. Even a small scratch can change the color of the ppf over time. In addition, scratches can also make it hard to remove the ppf when it’s time to change it. A good rule of thumb is to have at least a quarter inch of ppf extending beyond the edge of the paint on all sides. This will help protect the paint from being scratched or chipped, and will also make it easier to remove when it’s time to change it.

Can paint protection film be removed?

If the paint isn’t put on correctly, the ppf can get scratched. This happens if the ppf is too close to the edge of the paint. When you drive, it can chip or scratch the finish. Even a small scratch can make it harder for the new ppf to stay white and look good. It is best to have at least a quarter inch of ppf sticking out so that it doesn’t chip or scratch the paint and is easier to remove when it’s time for a new one.

What kind of vehicles can use PPF?

Car paint protection film can be used on different types of cars. People often use it on luxury cars because it protects the paint from scratches and other damage. But people can also use it on more affordable cars. The film still offers some protection against the elements.
