Paint protection film is a clear plastic film that you put on the outside of your car. The film keeps the paint from getting scratched or from fading over time.

How long does it take to apply paint protection film?
Usually, it takes around two hours to apply PPF to a small car. However, this time can vary depending on the size of the car and the amount of experience the installer has. Additionally, some installers may charge extra for complicated installations, such as those involving curves or intricate patterns.
Are there any special care instructions for paint protection film?

If you don’t install the ppf correctly, it can get scratched. If the ppf is installed too close to the edge of the paint, it can chip or scratch when the car is driven. Even a small scratch can make the finish look bad and cause the ppf to yellow over time. In addition, scratches can also make it difficult to remove the ppf when it’s time to change it. A good rule of thumb is to have at least a quarter inch of ppf extending beyond the edge of the paint. This will help protect the paint from being chipped or scratched, and will also make it easier to remove the ppf when it’s time to change it.
